Ascending Numbers

Description

An ascending number is a positive integer of two or more digits such that every digit is greater then the digits that are more significant than it.  For example, \(1349\) is ascending because \(1<3<4<9\).  However, \(1329\) is not ascending, nor is \(1339\).
